Your rights and our obligations with regard to the return of any Baseball America products are exclusively governed by the express terms of this policy
If you received a damaged item, we will exchange it, at no cost to you, for the same item. Please contact a Customer Service Representative (800-845-2726) to request a replacement item.
Within 30 days of your receipt of our product, you may exchange it for another Baseball America product, subject to the limitations set forth below. Please return the original item to us, in "new" form, with all original materials and packaging, at the address below and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. We will pay for shipping the new item to you, and you will be responsible for paying to ship the original item back to us.
Upon our receipt of your original item, we will refund to you the original purchase price, in the original method of payment, if your return is in compliance with this policy. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges and handling charges you paid, unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days to process returns once we receive them.

Exceptions to our Return Policy
Baseball America does not accept returns on copies of Baseball America, the Magazine, unless they are damaged.
Non-Baseball America Products
We cannot accept or process items not purchased from Baseball America. You should contact the seller directly to determine their return/refund policy.
Neither partial nor prorated refunds will be given for magazine subscriptions or website subscriptions.
